A. Playful Plush offers USPS Priority and Express Mail service with delivery confirmation. International Orders are sent via USPS Air Service.

Q. How much is Shipping and Handling?
A. We charge a flat rate based on the total of the order.

Q. How long does it take to ship my order?
A. We ship daily from our warehouse via USPS Priority Mail. If your order arrives early enough prior to the shipment for the day going out, we will do our best to get it out the same day. In the event that can not go out that day, we will have it sent in the very next shipment.

Normal Delivery time is 4-7 business days from the time the order is placed (Often times much sooner). Holidays can delay delivery by a few days as well but we will make every attempt to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
